Smokey provides rental equipment with preparation, delivery and post-return service. It does not sell tobacco separately and does not provide lounge seating.

Order confirmation
A website submission is a request, not an automatically accepted order. The format, address, estimated window, security option and full KGS amount become final only after team confirmation.
Payment and security
Payment is accepted in Kyrgyz soms. An agreed identity document, contract security payment or monetary deposit may be required and is confirmed before dispatch.
Safe use
The equipment must be placed on a stable non-flammable surface, kept away from children and handled according to the instructions. Hot elements must cool before packing.
Return and service
The customer returns the complete set at the agreed time. Smokey handles pickup, washing, drying and inspection. Extensions or additional trips require separate confirmation.
