How is the delivery time confirmed?
Orders are accepted around the clock. Daytime delivery is planned in advance; evening and night requests may use the nearest available window. We confirm the estimated window before the order.
Do you sell tobacco separately?
No. Smokey provides a prepared hookah rental and delivery service. It is not a tobacco shop and does not offer lounge seating.
Who can use the service?
The service is available only to adults aged 18 or older.
What is included in the prepared set price?
Equipment, a prepared bowl, coals, mouthpieces, a protective case and a short guide are included. Delivery in the core city zone, pickup and cleaning are included as well.
Are the USD amounts final?
No. USD values are an approximate reference for international visitors. The order is confirmed, charged and paid in Kyrgyz soms.
When can the total change?
Only when you confirm an extra bowl, a master, an extension, a distant address or an event format. The final KGS total is stated before dispatch.
