Removable parts are separated so moisture and residue do not remain hidden in connections.
Clean by material
Parts suitable for water are washed separately. Other elements are cleaned using a method appropriate for their material.
Dry completely
The set is not closed while wet. Connections, seals, the base and hoses are checked before assembly.
Prepare the next request anew
The bowl, coals and consumables are prepared for the new confirmed order, then the case is packed using a checklist.

Delivery in the core city zone is free and included in the price. Pickup and cleaning are included. The final amount is confirmed in Kyrgyz soms before dispatch.

Common questions
How is the delivery time confirmed?
Orders are accepted around the clock. Daytime delivery is planned in advance; evening and night requests may use the nearest available window. We confirm the estimated window before the order.
Do you sell tobacco separately?
No. Smokey provides a prepared hookah rental and delivery service. It is not a tobacco shop and does not offer lounge seating.
Who can use the service?
The service is available only to adults aged 18 or older.
